Healthy Weight Naturally at Vol State
This class will provide valuable information about achieving and maintaining a healthy weight and healthy body, long term. Emphasis is on whole foods, balanced choices, and working withing each individuals lifestyle. The class will be held from 9am to 12pm Saturday February 6th and 13th. This class is being offered at $35.
