1. Less is more

2. Everything in moderation

3. Water is more important than you think

4. Eat one serving of raw fruit or veggie at every meal

5. Learn to love garlic and onions

6. Shoot for a rainbow of fruits and veggies every day

7. Brown rice instead of quick rice

8. Refined sugar really is bad

9. Artificial sweeteners are even worse

10. Walk

11. Stretch

12. Good relationships=healthy heart

13. De-stress at least once a day

14. Do something you love at least once a week

15. Do someone you love at least once a week

16. Smile, it really does improve your mood

17. Laughing=Life

18. No worries-either do something about it or let it go

19. Get physicals and yearly exams

20. Take good care of your mouth

21. Go to the dentist twice a year

22. Sleep=a sharp mind

23. Use it or lose it
